Our classes include breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures; which are all widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Do you want to move your body to good music and learn gymnastics through smiles, fun and games?

If so, these classes will be perfect for you. Gymnastics consists of acrobatics, jumps, choreography; both with and without equipment such as skipping ropes, balls, as well as hula-hoops.

Everyone is welcome children and adults.


Zumba includes a variety of dance moves and steps inspired by the fitness world.

Not only will you get toned legs, butt, abs and arms, it will get your heart rate up, burn a lot of calories and get an effective workout

- all with a smile on your face.


The Cardio classes consists of 45 minutes intensive cardio workout.

It is aimed for those who want high intensity classes and lots of energy in your workout.

The instructor motivates and guides you through the entire class in order to ensure that you get the most from your workout.

Core Cruncher ABS:  

The Core Cruncher ABS classes will focus on all aspects of your figure.

In the classes, we use equipment such as bars, weights, mats etc.

The technique will be explained and the instructor will help you correct your performance during the class.


Boxing is a combat sport in which two people wearing protective gloves throw punches at each other. In our classes you learn the right technique on how to hit and kick. Boxing is also really good cardio training.

We also do Kids Boxing classes for our younger guests.

Kids Dance

It is a mix of dances- Hip hop, Jazz xxx, you name it. Bring you kids and let them learn all the awesome steps, while having fun and burning energy.

Hot Hula Exercise

Dance away calories to drum beats and hip hop or reggae. Hot hula workout is an effective cardio training. It is fun for all ages and easy to follow. You have nothing to lose, just weight and inches
